The apartment is 900 square feet 2 bedroom 1 bathroom with large picture frame windows, oak hard wood floors and 10 foot ceilings with crown molding and picture molding through out the apartment. The original scalloped window and door casing and base boards are preserved in the entire apartment. Details such as the original telephone stand and center square closet are all left intact. The apartment is luxuriously furnished with custom leather sleeper sofa, designer lighting and bedding with 1200 thread count sheets and goose down pillows. The space easily accommodates 4 individuals but will sleep 6 comfortable with the use of the sleeper sofa in the living room. The ground floor apartment connects to a large courtyard with bistro tables and chairs and umbrellas for an additional private space for relaxation or entertainment. The building is located in the Historic Bywater neighborhood with several restaurants, bars and bakery within walking distance of the apartment.
