This spacious single-level home boasts 1,415 square feet, featuring three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.
From the front door entry, you'll step into the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen and dining area- accented with wood floors and high ceilings!
Living Room: This room offers plenty of comfortable furnishings including a leather sofa, accent seating, a Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-operational).
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal! You'll also enjoy a kitchen island with bar seating for four.
Dining Area: The dining area has a table and seating for six guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom— King size bed and a Smart TV. The private bathroom has double sinks and a large walk-in glass shower.
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed
Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds. Also enjoy the arcade cabinet!
Full bathroom 2 offers a tub/shower combo.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The private and serene backyard offers lots of Arizona-style amenities including a private pool and lounge chairs. Also enjoy an outdoor patio with seating and a Smart TV. Cook up some tasty dishes on the propane BBQ and take advantage of the numerous available yard games! Please note there is a removeable fence, that can be put up by request.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival- pool heating fee is $110 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. There is a pool available for guest use, that is recommended at night time to hold in the temperature of the pool.
