4 Bedroom House in Sunset Ridge, Scottsdale
Welcome to our beautiful home in North Scottsdale, 5 minutes to the famous outdoor Kierland Commons Mall! Come relax outside with a large pool, two seating areas, a lounge area and BBQ! There is an option to heat the pool for an additional $75/day, please be sure to request and pay at least one week before arrival. Ask about weekly and monthly specials for pool heating!
Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.

The Space:
Inside you will find a completely open floor plan with very high ceilings! This home offers 1987 sqft of modern living throughout! With having a single story, open concept floor plan, this home allows the festivities to be enjoyed where ever you are in the living space. We just added a 4th bedroom that includes a full pool table and two twin over twin trundle beds!

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage, and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, our team of concierge can help make arrangements for an evening on the town!
Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierges is here to assist our guests with enjoying the greater Phoenix area, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our digital guidebooks!

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.
