Living room, dining with 4-6 chairs, bar, kitchen and full size bathroom are located downstairs with 2 sliding glass doors to private deck - all Water views! Private patio on waterside of cottage with private Hot Tub (open all year), picnic table, umbrella, gas grill, lounge chairs and seating area with table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and watching boats and waterfowl. Large firepit with firewood included surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs and waterside hammock. Enjoy dock with 8' MLW with 4 chairs, cooler and umbrella. The Pool is not heated and opens in May/June as weather permits. - No dogs allowed.
