Summary: First thing I noticed when I got settled in room, that there was no toilet paper. Went to office, they gave me a roll. Later in evening, realized the room heater/AC was unplugged and laying on floor. Tried to plug it in and wall socket wasn't type that would accept the device plug. Must have used adapter, but none located. Overnite, temperature dropped to 30 degrees. Was about 45 in the room. Then tried to take shower. Didn't have hot water. Ran water 6 minutes before some lukewarm water appeared. Then turn to shower and water from spray was just a trickle. After a few mins it turned back cold again. Worse experience I've ever had at a Hotels.com placement.
