Come experience a fun and relaxing vacation on beautiful & quiet Lake Manuella - one of the nicest lakes in the area! This immaculate lake home is located an hour west of the metro and features a gorgeous lakeshore setting with large stately oaks and plenty of yard space to play or relax.
The southeast-facing, gently sloping and terraced yard offers both shade and sun options, with easy access to the water (minimal steps!). Spend your days on the water swimming, boating (bring your own), fishing, paddleboarding, hanging out on the dock and private swim raft, or whatever other watersports you're in to. Enjoy evenings around the firepit, on the back deck, or on the lower paver patio with string mood lighting.
Plenty of lakeside lawn space is available for provided yard games including Cornhole, bottle bash, and spikeball.
Inside, an open concept floorplan hosts a fully setup kitchen:- stainless appliances (fridge with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, double ovens, microwave, toaster) and quartz countertops, including a center island with gas cooktop.
Cozy up in the reading (or napping?) nook with swivel recliners and a gas fireplace, taking in the spectacular lake views.
Enjoy meals out on the large deck with patio set, or inside at the dining table with seating for 7. Relax indoors in either the upstairs or downstairs family rooms, both with comfy reclining furniture and large flatscreen tvs.
The main level offers 2 bedrooms; a master suite with a king bed, and a second bedroom featuring 2 twin beds.
The master bath features a double sink and full size shower. An additional half bath is also on the main floor.
Down on the lower level, a wet bar, wine fridge, dart board and pub table create an adult entertainment space that opens up to the outdoor patio.
The lower level has 2 bedrooms, both featuring queen beds with lofted beds above. A full size shower and vanity make up bathroom #3.
Note: No guest pets allowed, however our dog joins us inside during our stays. We take pride in a clean home, but guests sensitive to pet allergies might reconsider.
