• Has three bedrooms and three-full-baths over three levels (private elevator included!),
• Provides three large patios, two with western sunset views over the second hole of the Monument Golf Course, and
• Is only 20 miles north of Old Town, and a 35-minute drive from the PHX airport.
The layout of the home and privacy provided by bedroom separation makes it ideal for couples, a guys' or girls' trip, or families with children. Anyone who wants to golf or explore miles of hiking trails—or simply relax and enjoy the desert and mountain views—will love spending time here.
RELAXED AND ELEGANT WITH ALL-NEW FURNITURE
Inspired by the desert palette, the home is elegantly coordinated in shades of green, grey, peach and white. It was freshly painted and decorated with all-new furniture in all rooms and luxury linens in the bedrooms in May 2017.
DEDICATED PARKING AND PRIVATE IN-HOME ELEVATOR
Upon arrival, pull into one of the two dedicated spots in the lower-level garage, and then enter the home through the private entrance, steps from your car. Once in with your groceries, luggage, or golf bags, you can easily access the upper two levels of the home using the private elevator instead of the stairs—a welcome convenience.
MULTIPLE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES (INCLUDING PATIO MISTER AND FIRE PIT)
Once settled in, enjoy a glass of wine in our wine alcove on the main floor, and cook in our fully-equipped kitchen or at the natural gas grill outside. Then, dine either in the dining area or outside at the teak table--both of which seat at least six guests. While you're on the patio, enjoy our new misting system, which lowers the temperature on the patio by about 30 degrees on a hot day. In addition, there's no need to be torn between being outside and watching the game--we've installed a smart HDTV television on the main patio so you have the best of both worlds.
Relax on the oversized sectional in the living room and stream a movie on the 55-inch smart HDTV while you’re playing a game of cards or Scrabble. (Our motorized smart blinds make it easy to dim the room.) Or, enjoy an after-dinner drink around our propane-fueled fire pit on the spacious patio.
FIVE SMART HDTVs AND SMART-HOME LIGHTING, THERMOSTAT, AND BLINDS
When it's time for bed, each bedroom is also equipped with smart HDTVs, and the living/dining areas and the master bedroom also have smart shades that you can control with a remote control or via an app or Alexa. (Or you can ignore Alexa. She’s a bit of an eavesdropper sometimes.)
COMMUNITY POOL, HOT TUB, GOLF, AND RECREATIONAL AMENITIES
The Golf Villas at Troon North are gated, and also have a community pool and hot tub. As part of the Troon North homeowners association, you have use of tennis courts and other recreational amenities, which are approximately a mile and a half down the street. The Troon North Golf Club is just over a quarter-mile walk from our home. That means that if you’re a golfer, it’s not only just outside the patio, but right around the corner. Same goes for Pinnacle Peak and a multitude of hiking and walking trails.
CLOSE TO GREAT DINING OPTIONS
When you want to get out of the house for food, take a quick stroll up to the Troon North Golf Club's Dynamite Grille (they do a mean brunch, and the views are gorgeous!), or hop in the car or an Uber for a quick (less than three-mile) ride to enjoy:
• Casual fare at The Pinnacle Grille,
• A speakeasy and Roaring '20s vibe at Gatsby's,
• Relaxed Italian at Darcy’s, or
• Several dining options at The Four Seasons.
And, of course, many other restaurants are just a couple miles further, including:
• Mastro’s Steakhouse (five miles away),
• Bodega 13 Tapas Kitchen & Bar (five miles away),
• Pane e Vino (five miles away), or
• Liberty Station (seven miles away).
