SECURITY
For the safety and security of our guests, the home has 2 front facing exterior cameras. These cameras are located at the front door, and corner of the garage by the floodlight. There are no cameras inside the home, the backyard, or in any other private areas.
DECORATIONS
Our walls are like a spa day – no sticky facials allowed!
Please don't use tape, sticky dots, or adhesive décor (paint and wallpaper don't exfoliate well). Freestanding backdrops are fine.
Confetti and glitter are a no-go — sparkly doom equals an extra cleaning fee.
SMOKING
This is a non-smoking home. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises.
POOL SAFETY
BY BOOKING, GUESTS AGREE TO POOL WAIVER AND RULES.
Gated and latched in for safety and children in mind. Please keep the gate closed when not in use. There is no lifeguard, children must be supervised at all times.
