The cottage is sunny, classic New Orleans shotgun cottage with modern updates in a wonderful, walkable and friendly neighborhood ten blocks from Audubon Park and the Zoo and River.
Hardwood floors and high ceilings hold ceiling fans and a comfortable couch and chair lends to lounging. The open full kitchen with new appliances and a large oak dining table is a comfortable place to share a meal, play a game, or decorate your Mardi Gras throws.
