Features, two full bathrooms, one with jetted tub and the other a walk-in shower, a full kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee maker, Air fryer, pots (lobster pot) pans, dishes, silverware, gasses, a back deck with gas grill with grilling tools, 3 season porch, a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience. A large living room with a TV. The basement has a desk area, a table for playing games, a TV, DVD, Roku with an extra HDMI cable, and AV cables for gaming on the TV in the basement.
The house sleeps eight comfortably.
The 1st floor has three bedrooms, 2 with queen-sized beds, and one with a double bed. The basement is set up as a playroom room and is transformed into a sleeping area at night with a queen sleeper sofa. The main floor has a kitchen, dining, two bathrooms, and a living room. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
The house is in a quiet wooded neighborhood, only a 1/2 mile walk to Moody Beach. Mini golf with go-cart track, surf/bike rental shop, Dunkin, cafe, and The Shoreline explorer Trolly ( http://www.shorelineexplorer.com ) goes everywhere between York and Lower Village, Kennebunk and is great for getting around, and there's a stop at Ne'r Beach motel, a 5-minute walk from the house.
We have three security cameras, one located on the garage's exterior looking at the driveway . One in the backyard at the corner of the house. And a doorbell. These cameras are for security purposes only! These are the only cameras in use and are always on.
