Home features all hardwood floors throughout. 1 Bed, full bath, small kitchen, living room, and Garage Parking! Wifi and Smart tv included. Shampoo and soap provided.
The space is cooler in the winter and warmer in the summer. 2 window ac’s and space heaters provided to supply additional comfort.
The house is a duplex. The main level is the St. Augustine House and upstairs level is the St. Augustine Loft. Both the St. Augustine house and St. Augustine Loft are private living areas with separate keyed entries.
