The villa features a heated outdoor pool, cabana, spacious interior living areas, and is appointed with high end finishes for cooking and entertainment. Five bedroom suites (one with king bed, three with queen beds and one with two singles beds) accommodate families and groups of friends, up to 10 in size.

The architecture of this villa features six separate outdoor seating areas including two balconies that capture picturesque views of the city skyline. With the help of sky lights and remote controlled louvres, the home is constantly bathed in abundant natural light.

Floor to ceiling glass doors open between the interior living areas and the courtyard lounge, creating an expansive indoor/outdoor space for gatherings and relaxation. In the case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest have been settled, the deposit will be released in full within 10 business days of check out.

Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.
