We are excited to offer a brand new listing for this beautiful, clean, newly remodeled condo that has served as our winter getaway from the Midwest. We loved this area so much that we sold our home up north and moved to Scottsdale full time. We recently purchased a house nearby, and are now offering our condo for others to enjoy. Allow us tell you why this condo is a great choice for renting in one of the most desirable areas in north Scottsdale.
This 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath condo is beautifully renovated, with two patios for relaxed outdoor living. Most of the main living area is on the ground level with bedrooms on the second floor. The condo is surrounded by miles of paved walking paths, and is just minutes to shopping, grocery and dining. A two story villa with large master bedroom, large walk-in closet, large soaking tub, kitchen, living room, dining room, office/den, spare bedroom, attached 2 car garage and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Living room has 20' vaulted ceilings, cozy gas fireplace, sectional couch and two swivel glider chairs. Ground floor covered patio has comfortable cushioned furniture and views of trees and wildlife. You will see quail, doves and sometimes great horned owls as you relax with a glass of wine or your morning coffee. The master bedroom with en-suite includes a balcony for taking in the evening sunsets. Kitchen includes gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/ ice and water dispenser, and new beautiful quartz countertops with snack bar. A coffee maker, toaster, and most small appliances and cooking utensils are provided. The Dining area is beautifully appointed. The Den/office is a bonus room, complete with desk, chair, and task light for those that need to catch up on e-mails or work while away. WiFi is included in the rental. The living room and master bed room include 50" smart TV's. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Valley of the Sun.
Tesoro has a first class large pool area that is heated to the perfect temperature in the winter months. There are also two separate jetted hot tubs. The pool area includes a gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables and chair seating if desired.
There is also an exercise room equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and multiple weight machines. Everything you need for a full body workout.
LOCATION INFORMATION
The condo is about 25 minutes from Sky Harbor airport. It is minutes away from popular attractions such as the TPC Scottsdale golf course, home to the WM Phoenix Open golf tournament, Barrett-Jackson, West World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, Fashion Square, and Desert Ridge shopping malls, hiking, biking, championship golf and so much more.
We rode our bikes to the Phoenix Open one year and avoided parking and traffic. You will love being able to walk the paved trails to the DC Ranch Marketplace where you can choose from several restaurants. Our favorite is The Living Room where you can enjoy relaxed seating outdoors, live music, great happy hours, and delicious food. If you need groceries for your stay, Safeway and Fry's are conveniently located about 5 minutes from the condo. AJ's is a local favorite with a great wine selection and yummy bakery desserts. To work off all the great food, there are many scenic mountain hikes, all located between 15-30 minutes away. We know that you will love this area and the peaceful, safe, quiet community of Tesoro.
