* 30 min from Bank of NH Pavilion, Gilford NH ( concerts book out fast!! )
* 30 min to Wolfeboro, NH ( lakefront history, restaurants, shopping and so much more)
* 15 min to Lake Winnipesaukee and Alton Bay

* Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, Mini Split (Heat & AC); pack-n-play in the closet; 32' TV
* Full Bathroom: Shower only (no tub), washer and dryer
* Open Concept Kitchen & Living Room: Spacious with stunning lakefront views of Locke Lakes; Mini-Split in the living room as well as a ceiling fan. 55” smart TV ( log into the apps with your own credentials)
* Please note: propane stove is non functional at this time.
2nd Floor - Loft Area:
* 2 Bedrooms: Each with a set of Full Beds and their own mini-split
50" TV in 1st bedroom upstairs and 32" TV in 2nd bedroom upstairs
* Full Bathroom: shower/tub combo
Lakefront Outdoor Features:
* Fire Pit: Perfect for relaxing by the lake and enjoying a S'Mores
* Private 14 feet Dock: Access to the serene waters of Locke Lake ( renters are prohibited by association rules to bring motorized vehicles)
* Water Sports Equipment: two person pedal boat (1), one person kayaks (2) and a giant duck float, and a large floating pad
Disclosure -There are exterior security cameras on exterior of premises ( one on the back deck, overlooking the lake and & one at the front door entrance)
There is no public transit near by.
* The 14 feet private dock is available from Memorial Day through at least mid-September.
* No motorized watercraft may operate within 150 ft of rafts, floats, swimmers, shorelines, docks, swim lines, other boats or water skiers
* Guests are required to use their personal logins for streaming services.
* ONE dog is welcome in this home; no other pets are permitted. The following dog breeds/pets are not permitted: Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita, Doberman, Wolf-hybrid, Chow, Bull Mastiff, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Shar-Pei, Guard/Attack dogs, and any animal with a past history of biting or that demonstrates aggressive behavior.
* Toiletries/ Essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
* There is ample free parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
* Firewood is NOT provided, but should be available at Hannaford & ACE Hardware, about 10 min away
* Life vests: We advise renters to bring their own, to ensure all body shapes and sizes in their party are accommodated.
