(Pontoon/Boat lift available) Walk-in access to the water gives kids a good area for swimming and makes it easy for kayak, paddle boat, and paddle board launching. Star gazing while enjoying an open fire with your own firepit. A grass area allows plenty of room for many yard games and good yard space. 2026 23 ft Premier Pontoon available for rent for an additional charge.
