The house is just west of Knoxville on a hard surface quiet road. There are many mature oak and walnut trees. The entire house was remodeled in 2022. Sleeps 10 plus 2 couches. 3 acres to walk around on. Deer, turkeys, squirrels, rabbits and countless variety of birds can be seen year round. There is a pond on site that was redone in 2021 (not full yet but stay tuned for a dock and other fun things). Full kitchen, free WIFI, 2 Smart tvs (so bring your Netflix/Hulu/etc. password). Laundry and all linens are included. There is plenty of parking and room for a boat or small trailer. Large motorhomes or giant race trailers will not clear the trees and probably can't get turned around. The house is a split foyer and not set up to accommodate toddlers or people that have trouble with stairs. There is a deck out back for relaxing. We are confident once you see it, you won't want to leave.
