Two sister properties. Two clubhouses. Amazing amenities. The community is very private and quiet and is located close access to everything important in Scottsdale. It's a very safe community (gated) and crime is very rare. We have a king sized bedroom set in the master with new walk-in shower and a second bedroom on the other side of the condo with a double and twin bed. There are 2 - 55'' flat screen smart T. V.s with one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. We have a small den with a desk, Wifi, and computer. The condo also has a washer and dryer for your convienence. The kitchen has everything one needs and has stainless steel appliances (microwave, dishwasher, stove, and fridge with water and ice), and pantry. The condo has 9ft ceilings with central air/heat and a covered parking stall.
