The house (100 sqm) plus garage offers every comfort. 3 bedrooms all with air-plants, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, large living / dining room and separate kitchen exclusive. The terraces with garden furniture surrounded with Mediterranean plants. From the large south-facing terrace, the bedrooms with large balcony, you have a great view of the lying directly in front of the house promenade with the beach. From the north terrace and bedroom overlooks the beautiful nature reserve 'Clape' and the evening sun can enjoy. Four huge sandy beaches, Plage de Mateile, Plage des Chalets, Plage de la Vieille Nouvelle and Le Grazel front of the house, invite you to swim.
ATTENTION: WINTER SPECIAL In January and February !!! Skiing in the Pyrenees. Book our home for 2 weeks for the price of 600, - € (instead of 1100, - €). During this period, you can book in the Pyrenees with the remaining amount of any length ski holiday (z..B. 3 days / 5 days / 1 week). Day trips are also possible. The ski areas are between 80 and 120 minutes away from our house.
