A first bedroom with a queen size bed is located on this level, along with a shower room with double vanity and a separate WC. The garage is ideal for safely storing bikes.
Upstairs, two additional bedrooms complete the night area: one with a double bed, and another with a double bed + two single beds. A second shower room with WC is also available on this floor.
Outside, you’ll enjoy two terraces, including one covered and furnished, with a plancha grill—all overlooking a beautifully planted garden. The covered swimming pool, a true highlight of the property, allows for enjoyable swims in any weather and in complete privacy. Sheets and towels provided.
