It has a fully stocked kitchen, a great living room with a smart TV, 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably (king bedroom, queen bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Plus there is futon on the second floor for lake viewing or extra guests. There also is a cot and a pack n play in the king bedroom closet. The house has 2 full baths (one on each floor) and awesome areas throughout the house to sit and enjoy the view. Perfect for groups looking for a nice peaceful getaway. Manchester airport is 13 miles away. Close to many wedding venues, fabulous restaurants including LaBelle winery, the famous Pickity Place and the Copper Door. Plus, the Merrimack Premium Outlets are 10 miles away.There are multiple golf courses right down the road. Two kayaks and a paddle boat are available for your use at your own risk. Many floats and life preservers are also available for you to use to enjoy the lake! The spacious outside patio has a swing, tables and chairs, as well as Adirondack chairs around the propane outdoor fireplace. Plus we have chairs on the dock to enjoy! Sit and watch the sun come up every morning, the full moon come over the lake or gaze at the stars. The lake is gorgeous throughout all seasons.
