The first level of our rental features an en suite king bedroom, offering privacy and comfort for those seeking a peaceful retreat. Additionally, there is a convenient half bath on this level for added convenience.
Step through the living room's slider and find yourself on a covered deck area, designed for ultimate relaxation and entertainment. Equipped with a TV, you can catch up on your favorite shows while enjoying the fresh air. Fire up the gas BBQ grill and indulge in delicious meals, and sink into the comfortable seating around the fire table to unwind and soak in the serene surroundings. The deck also has a lovered roof which you can open up to let some sun in. If you're in the mood for a change of scenery, follow the stairs leading to a ground-level seating area, where you can further immerse yourself in nature.
On the second level, you'll find a charming bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for friends or siblings. Adjacent to it is a second bedroom featuring a twin-over-full pyramid bunk bed, ideal for accommodating various sleeping preferences. These bedrooms share a well-appointed full bathroom, ensuring everyone's needs are met.
As you descend to the lower level, you'll discover two additional bedrooms, both offering queen beds for a restful night's sleep. If the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bans short-term rentals, you would receive a full refund. Otherwise, our standard cancellation policy is in effect:
In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
