Set on 65 private acres in East Branch, NY—a true Catskills hunting & fishing community—our home blends seclusion with comfort. Explore logging roads, ponds, a refreshing creek, and a fully developed natural spring with the purest drinking water.
We’re minutes from Handsome Hollow, French Woods Summer Camp, the Red Rose Motel, and many up-and-coming attractions. Fishing lovers will appreciate the famous junction of Trout Brook Creek, the Beaverkill and East Branch rivers nearby.

Fully modern kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Washer & dryer. Drip coffee maker. Fully stocked kitchen: ceramic non-stick pots and pans, cups, glasses, plates, mugs, cookware and some serve ware. Basic cooking oil, salt and pepper (more to come!).
The Cantina & Outdoors
Our favorite hangout: a handcrafted bluestone fire pit with stone slab seating, plus outdoor cooking options including the famous Bull grill.
For adventurers:
Hiking & biking trails, including just a walk on scenic Burnwood Road, Logging roads for exploring.
For bird lovers: wetlands attract flycatchers, great blue herons, birds of prey, and even bald eagles.
Our Favorite Feature:
The pure mountain spring! Bottle it, drink it, and take some home. We also stock the house with spring water for your stay.
Guests will have access to the entire home which includes 65 acres of gorgeous woods, the `Cantina` hang-out spot, a fully developed mountain spring, a fishing pond, and more! The Barn is off limits to guests.
We won’t be there to greet you in person, but we’re happy to if you prefer! We live just 25 minutes away and are available if you need us.
Our phones are off between 8 PM and 8 AM—if there’s a true emergency, please dial 911. Otherwise, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
