The apartment is in a private house located in a peaceful suburb and only minutes from the freeway. Conveniently located in the center of Marin - you will have easy access to all the area has to offer. You will be walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the farmers-market, the Larkspur Ferry, and the Marin-Sonoma Train. This makes for a short drive to Mt. Tam, Muir Woods, Tiburon, and Stinson Beach; and a 30 minute boat ride away to San Francisco.

Private Entry to Unit
This is a ground floor unit (approximately 1100 sq ft.) accessible through a secured front gate. A private (lockable) wooden gate leads down outdoor patio stairs (with motion sensor security lights), past our garden-in-progress and patio seating areas, and into a private entry to the unit.

Living Room & Kitchenette
The private entry opens into the living room and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a quartz countertop, standard sink with garbage disposal, regular-sized refrigerator & freezer, microwave oven, toaster oven, air fryer oven, induction cook top (2 burner), coffee maker, and electric water kettle. The kitchenette is also stocked with basic flatware, cookware, and drinkware.

A stainless steel high-top West Elm dining table accommodates comfortable sitting for meals. A large Living Spaces couch and La-Z-Boy recliner gives ample living room sitting. The 36" television with Roku applications lets you stream everything you need.

Laundry
The unit includes a private full sized washer and dryer solely dedicated to the unit. They are located in a storage area accessible behind the kitchenette, through a door from the living room.

Bedroom 1
The largest bedroom is a Parisian-inspired bedroom. It includes two full size closets, a queen-sized bed, a desk that doubles as a powder table, a large mirror, and a full sized white dresser.

Bedroom 2
The second large bedroom includes a large wall to wall closet, 32" Roku-enabled television, two dressers, a full size mirror, a desk, and beautiful bay views.

Bathroom
The unit includes one large bathroom with a stand-up shower, single vanity with medicine cabinet, and new fixtures.

Parking
1 uncovered parking spot is included in the lease. Please note that street parking immediately near the house is unavailable because of a narrow road. The closest parking for a second vehicle is approximately 1.5 blocks away. The parking is up on a curb, we can help you figure out the easiest way to get in and out of the parking spot.

Outdoor Patio
The unit itself has a small deck at the entryway with a lounge area, fire pit, and BBQ.

The unit also includes access to the backyard and garden. The backyard includes a BBQ, ample seating, and sun-bathing lounger. Tenants (and their pets) are welcome to use the backyard amenities, which is a shared space.

With easy access to the freeway and public transportation you can easily get anywhere you need. The unit includes blackout shades in the bedrooms. It's on the ground floor, which makes it easily accessible for tenants with pets. There is only one unit upstairs, which is occupied by us, the owners -- we do not have any children or pets and we're away traveling a fair amount-- so the apartment is pretty quiet.

Please note we are located near the freeway so the outdoor space can be somewhat loud. But when you are in the indoor unit itself, it is quiet.
