The kitchen has new appliances and basic cooking and serving equipment. Next, walk into Bedroom 2 with full sized bed with twin trundle, extra 4 inch memory foam mattress, closet and small desk. The bathroom is located between the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a comfy, queen sized bed and large wall-mounted tv. The front living room is bright and spacious and a great place for your group to hang out, watch movies, or play a game of trivial pursuit! The living room is at the front of the property and faces Tchoupitoulas St.
Please note that the second bedroom has the sofa bed and the shotgun floor plan means you have to walk through bedroom 2 to get to the kitchen.
For guests visiting during Mardi Gras, this is a GREAT location for parades, which are walking distance from the apartment. However, street parking and access to the driveway is restricted by the City on parade days.
The property is on a relatively busy street so children and pets should be supervised at all times.
