This charming 2BR cottage in desirable Maushop Village is the ideal home base for your Cape Cod adventure. Hit the links at New Seabury or take a scenic hike through nearby Waquoit Bay. The open living area, with vaulted ceilings and skylights, offers a great flow for entertaining. Compose postcards at the writing desk or watch favorite shows on the 32” TV with cable. A sofa offers comfy seating. Prepare your own home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fully stocked with all the cookware and gadgets you might need, and dine in the sunlit dining area or breakfast bar.
The cottage sleeps up to five guests between the two bedrooms. Sleep soundly on a luxe queen bed in the main bedroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a trundle below. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
Barbecue burgers on the gas grill, then enjoy alfresco dining on the patio. Rinse off at the outdoor shower after a fun-filled beach day.

Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (three miles) features nearly 3,000 spectacular acres of natural beauty, perfect for hiking, boating, and fishing.
