My house is directly across the street from the pool and tennis/basketball courts which makes it very convenient to enjoy these recreational activities. This is your above ground living space is included when you rent the lower level. This lower level Mother in Law apartment has two daylight windows (one in bedroom 1 and one in a bedroom 2) that give you ample sunlight. You will find a 3/4 bathroom with shower and a medium sized kitchen with washer/dryer closet. The 3rd bedroom is nonconforming without a window. The living room has a wall mounted 50 inch TV
