The nicely equipped, eat-in kitchen has a table that seats six and counter seating for four, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and plenty of counter space for cooking. The kitchen opens to a family room with a vaulted ceiling, skylight, ceiling fan, comfortable seating, decorative fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. Sliding doors lead to a large back deck and a beautifully manicured yard.
On the first floor is also a bonus room with a wet bar, a large, comfortable sectional couch, a portable A/C unit, and a flat-screen TV. There is also direct access to the backyard. The first floor also has a full bath with a shower adjacent to the kitchen.
The bedrooms in the home are situated on the second floor. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, which includes a separate soaking tub, shower, double vanity, and skylight. The second spacious bedroom contains a queen-sized bed and a pull-out couch, along with a vaulted ceiling and a Palladian window. Further down the hallway is a bedroom with another queen-sized bed, and adjacent to it is a fourth bedroom with twin beds and a ceiling fan. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a tub and shower also located on the second floor.
