Three bedrooms (queens), one 4" mattress queen sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The Northeast Iowa area hosts the most species of birds in the country. Scenic car/bike rides, water activities, golf, area casinos within 20 min. drive, antiques, historic bldgs., walking trails, glassed sunroom with flat screen and view of the River. Full kitchen and linens. Very cozy, quiet and romantic. Great for a first or second honeymoon! The Reinitz Haus sisters were raised here during the 'Big Band Era'. Our Father owned Lakeside Ballroom. Reinitz Haus is decorated with pictures from the Lawrence Welk era. Enjoy the outdoor chairs under the big shade tree as you grill and play croquet. Games and bikes are provided. Walk to the park for a picnic or relax on a bench watching the River traffic. Photography is fun for all! Come during January/February for Eagle watching in a winter wonderland or snow skiing nearby. Enjoy local wineries, museums, and antique shops. Take a drive along the Great River Road.
