THE SPACE

The Girod Suite has its own private entrance from the porch overlooking the gardens. Inside, the suite includes a king bed, private bath, dining area, refrigerator, microwave, coffee service, and essential oil diffuser. The porch seating area is furnished with a daybed, rocking chairs, and a table, giving guests a private place to settle in and enjoy the setting. - Locations allowed to park: Driveway & parking pad + nearby additional street parking (located ½ block from property). Absolutely no driving or parking is permitted in the grassy areas of the property, as they will rut.
- Fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property.
- Neighbors are aware that guests stay here—please treat them with courtesy and respect.
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home.
- The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
- No off‑road vehicles are allowed on the property.
- Refund Policy:
- 100% refund (less 3% credit card fee) up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% refund (less 3% credit card fee) up to 14 days before arrival
- Do not attach anything to walls or ceilings with tape, tacks, or adhesives. Damage will result in charges.
- Please return any moved furniture to its original position. A $100 fee applies if items are not reset before checkout.
- Early arrival or late departure without approval will result in a $200 fee.
- All canceled reservations incur a 3% credit card processing fee.
- Minimum rental age is 25.
- $500 fee for neighbor complaints.
- $500 fee if security is dispatched.
- $1,000 fee if police are called, and guests may be required to vacate immediately without refund.
- $500 penalty + $60 per unregistered person for anyone on the property not included in the reservation.
- Guests must sign the rental agreement prior to check‑in. Instructions will not be released until the agreement is signed.
