Pool with diving board (no safety gates), grill with bar, fire pit outside, outdoor seating, fun for kids. Granite, wood floors, fireplace, french doors, washer/ dryer. Secret garden. The pool, yard, & garden are lit at night. 4 smart TVs. Super clean - feels like a hotel home.
About the neighborhood: Shopping, great restaurants/ bars, Old Town Scottsdale, golfing, entertainment, Paradise Valley, Camelback; just about anything you need is a short Uber ride away.
Getting around: Easy to rent bikes or rental cars and it only takes a couple of minutes (generally speaking) for an Uber or Lyft to arrive.
We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.
Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.
From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.
