GUEST VERIFICATION: We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. PETS: No pets allowed.
POOL HEAT: Pool heat is $250 per day.
PARTIES AND EVENTS: Parties and events are not allowed.
SECURITY: The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell and security cameras. There are exterior cameras located at the main guest entry points and backyard. Please understand that these security cameras are in place for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property and homeowner.
