Home is equipped with Wifi and is situated two blocks from Onset Beach. Terrific family and neighborhood restaurants and shopping are within a 5-minute walk.. Everything else you need for your stay is an easy drive in just minutes to the Wareham Crossing Shopping Center, Bourne Bridge (for Cape access), the Cape Cod Canal Bikeway, and lots of amazing cranberry bogs! Within an hour's drive to Boston, Providence and Newport, just 30 minutes to the Woods Hole Ferry Terminal to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, and just a 90 minute drive to Provincetown, MA.

PARKING:
There is parking available for four (4) cars in the driveway. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is 7 and street parking is limited to curbside parking
THE DRIVE:
During the summer months, there may be extra traffic coming down I-495/MA Rt. 25 to get to the exit. There may also be traffic on Onset Avenue as you approach the house.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT
Early check-in/late checkout available upon request for $150 each. Both are subject to availability relative to prior or subsequent reservations. Must be confirmed in writing and paid for in advance to confirm.
Guest(s) give permission to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS - $100 per person per night
There are no additional sleeping spaces beyond the fourteen (14) sleeping surfaces outlined in the listing: the king bed (2 people), the queen bed (2 people), the full-size bed (2 people), and the seven (7) twin beds (6 people) throughout the various rooms in the house.
Any additional guests require an additional $100 per guest fee that must be requested, confirmed, and prior to arriving at the house. Sleeping arrangements and bedding for those additional guests must be provided by the guest(s) booking the house.
