This property is walking distance to the beautiful Audubon park, Tulane and Loyola University and one block to the St. Charles streetcar line. it's a wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to shopping, many great restaurants, and bars. It's great for a family, but also for a fun group who wants to experience the nightlife. The home has a great back patio and yard for relaxing.
