Cozy primary residence of the owner and therefore all the amenities of home. Main living floor has an open floor plan with front main living room, kitchen and dining room. Deck is off the back of the house from the kitchen. Off the dining room, take one step down to the office nook and spacious TV/Reading room. Off the main living space there is a half flight of stairs that takes you to the 3 bedrooms. 2 Guest rooms share one bathroom with a shower/tub combination and the main bedroom has its own en-suite. Another half flight down from the main living area is another room with a futon for extra sleeping, some gym equipment (Bike and dumbells) with a 1/2 bathroom. The laundry room is fully accessible, off the garage in the basement. The back deck and patio has a gas grill, a table for for 6 and the patio has extra chairs under bistro lights.
PLEASE NOTE< Because this is a primary residence, there are 2 owner's closets in the master bedroom and a basement that is locked. The fridge, freezer and cabinets have more condiments, some drinks etc that a typical rental property would have. (renters are welcome to use) The property will feel more like a home than a staged property based on the circumstances.
