These two “summer cottages” were designed and built in 1918 by two brothers from Philadelphia, and became the Iconic Middle Beach Road Twins, with Private Waterfront, low tide beach and Inground Swimming Pool! This beautiful cottage sleeps 20 comfortably in 9 bedrooms. Big open living spaces with expansive views from every room. Large Waterfront beach area above seawall , then seawall ladder down to Long Island Sound, and sandy beach at lower tides.
This lovely home is the perfect place for a large gathering of family and friends, with a quick walk to Madison Center & Madison Town Green…Located in the middle of Madison’s prime waterfront on Middle Beach Road.
