This cottage is just a 15min walk from New Silver Beach which is a private family friendly beach. It has 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed, 1 with 2 x twin beds) and 1 full bath. The house is temperature controlled by central AC/heating. the basement is partially finished with a pull out couch and a futon which can easily sleep another 4 people – plenty of room to sleep more with blow up mattresses. As a bonus there is also a ‘bunk house’ in the back yard which has a full sized bed and room to sleep more. The kitchen and bath room were recently refurbished, including gas range and a brand new dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a back patio with outdoor table and chairs and gas grill, perfect for barbecues, outdoor meals or drinks or just relaxing. Out the back is the outdoor shower with hot and cold water – for rinsing off after a day at the beach or an invigorating morning shower.
