4 Bedroom House in Venice, Los Angeles
Relax in a home where the open layout is bathed in natural light. Step through French doors to the back patio, curl up on the couches in the evening and feel the breeze from the Pacific Ocean. The house is three short blocks from Abbot Kinney Blvd and has an off-street parking spot in the driveway. We offer 5 bedrooms, including the TV room with a fold out couch (turns into a full bed), 3 full bathrooms and a spectacular roof deck. There is high speed Wifi, a gourmet chef's kitchen with Viking, Meile and SubZero appliances, and the location is the safest and quietest in Venice, located in the Walk Streets, west of Lincoln Blvd.
We are full-time Super Hosts & we do everything we can to prepare our home so that each guest has a wonderful, relaxing stay. No expense has been spared and the entire home has been completely remodeled in 2024.
One Note: The 5th bedroom is accessed from the 2nd floor via a spiral staircase w/ a private deck. It's a third floor private suite, with it's own deck, and you have to go outside and up the spiral staircase to get there.
The House
Two decks - one off of the kitchen and dining room and and one on the 3rd floor with views of Venice. We believe our house can comfortably sleep 8 people. Additional guests and pets are welcome for a fee (up to 10 people total).
1st Floor:
Kitchen with 6 burner Viking stove, Subzero fridge, SubZero beverage fridge and Miele Dishwasher. Two sinks. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining ware, food processor, blender, coffee maker etc...

Living room with two couches and sitting area.
TV room with a fold out queen couch/bed and 42" flat screen tv: sleeps 2
Back deck with garden, fountain, grill, table and chairs
2nd Floor:
Primary Bedroom with king bed, sunlight nook and day bed: sleeps 2 on king bed and plus 1 on day bed.
Primary bathroom with freestanding tub and expansive shower, his and hers, hers and hers, his and his, and theirs and theirs sinks.
2nd bedroom with queen bed and smart TV: sleeps 2
3rd bedroom with queen bed in sunlight nook and daybed. sleeps 2 comfortably or 3 cozily.
House is fully stocked with towels and bedding.
3rd Floor:
Deck with view of Venice
Attic Room with queen bed and twin bed. Offers an extra long seating area (can fit two small children length wise). Sleeps 2, plus 1 child (or 2 small children) on long bench bed.

We are three blocks from all of the best shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney Blvd. Enjoy the sunny beaches nearby and visit famous spots like Malibu, Santa Monica and Hollywood. We are conveniently located 15 minutes from LAX and central to all that Los Angeles and West LA have to offer. There's also a blue bus access on Lincoln Blvd. Easy access to freeways as well.
