The house is completely renovated- new baths, kitchens, floors, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. and has central air/ heat along with ceiling fan. The apartment for rent is the upper level of a 2 family home. The home is 2 blocks from Lakefront and 5 blocks from City Park. This is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and I am looking for a tenant who is quiet and respectful of the home and the neighbor's.
