The house is on two levels and has a charming courtyard of 50m2 without vis-à-vis with a swimming pool of 2.50m x 3.75m (depth: 1.15m). It is fully equipped and reversible air conditioning is included in the cottage all year round.
The pool is heated from April 14th to October 31st.
