The deck is the perfect place to sip your coffee and watching the boats come and go. The owner has recently updated the cottage bath and added an indoor shower. There are 2 cozy bedrooms; one has a double bed and the other has 2 twins. It is a short walk to the child friendly association beach and there is an outside shower to use after your day on the beach or sand flats. This is the ideal place to make your Cape Cod memories and a great place for kids.
Living space is approximately 471 square feet. There is a strict no pets, 2 car limit for this property. Saturday check in is offered.
