Roxy’s Place is a 5 acre, rural home where horses are welcomed to stay with their owners. Located in Alfred, Maine the farm is 25 to 30 minutes from all the major beaches in Southern Maine. Your visit at Roxy’s Place will keep you away from heavy car traffic at the seashore. Stay at the 4 bedroom home and escape the crowds by driving, easily, to the beaches each day.
Roxy’s Place offers 3 bedrooms, all with queen beds, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. 1.5 baths, a washer/dryer, a spakling hot tub, 4 horse stalls, and outside riding ring and land for pasture for your horses.
Groups of 8 are welcomed. That is the limit. In the thriving summer season, the minimum stay is 12 nights beginning on Tuesday and ending on the 2nd Saturday. Check your calendar for 12 nights – or longer. Check in on Tuesdays! By 12:00 noon.

Roxy’s Place is close to a local country store, a fabulous ice cream shop the whole family will love, and a popular bar and restaurant called “The Bistro.” The lovely, small town has a well-stocked library and a welcoming church in the town center. Chinese food can be picked up at the Yummy House in nearby Sanford. We offer an outdoor grill.
