2 Bed, 2 Full Bath home in the heart of Chalmette, just minutes to Orleans parish and 10 minutes to the French Quarter. Upscale renovation completed in 2015. Brick & Wood Floors throughout. 2 Living rooms both with flat-screen TVs, Great Kitchen connecting to one of the living rooms. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and also have flat-screen TVs. A large closet is attached to the Primary Bedroom that can technically house a blow-up mattress and sleep 2-3 additional people. Our home was a 3 bedroom that we converted into a 2 bedroom, hence the very large closet. Out back in the rear of the home is a great area with a carport containing a sheet metal roof (such soothing sounds when it rains) connecting to the garage where there is a full-sized pool table and a dart board. Bar-b-que area with charcoal pit/smoker is connected to the rear garage. There is an oversized swing under the carport area too. A 2nd refrigerator is outside under the carport if needed. Full Laundry services are available to guests using our washer and dryer. Also included: ironing board, iron, steamer and blow dryer. Off-Street Parking, Secured parking behind the fence. Also, we have a large, secured yard in case your furbabies will be traveling with you (pet deposit applies and must be kenneled when not at the home). The air-conditioned detached Laundry room has a doogie door leading into the backyard.

Cameras:
** Please note we have a ring camera at the front door and also have cameras at each corner of the house and in the laundry room because of the doggie door. The exterior cameras are there to monitor the exterior of our home. The cameras are to check for ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES of guests and housekeeping services. Our cameras are NOT monitored. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.

House Rules:
**No Parties, No Smoking, Only Registered Guests permitted to stay, No Loud Music, No Parking on Grass, No Vaping in the house, No Bachelor or bachelorette parties, No Boiling of seafood, and if you eat seafood, it must be eaten outside and properly disposed of in the outside trash can.
