This location is highly desirable due to its close proximity to Hiking, TPC scottsdale (home of Waste Management Open) (just a 5-min drive), Kierland shopping & dining (just a 4-min drive), and quick highway access for trips to Old Town & Phoenix!
Enjoy our fantastic hot tub, heated pool, a putting course with illuminated balls for nighttime play, an incredible game room, & outdoor games!
This newly remodeled modern 4-bedroom, 2-bath home boasts a bourbon-inspired lounge complete with a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The spacious living and dining area features a 75" TV, perfect for catching the game or enjoying some golf. It’s the ideal retreat for your week away!
Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by thoughtfully designed furnishings and cozy accommodations. Each room prioritizes your comfort, equipped with all the amenities you need.
The master bedroom boasts a king bed, automated blackout shades, and a walk-out patio providing immediate access to some of the best amenities in the valley. It also includes a spacious walk-in shower and a walk-in closet for your storage needs. The other bedrooms are equally well-appointed, each featuring a queen bed.
Guests will have full access to the property and its amenities with self check in.

This neighborhood is truly an ideal location for families, golfers, hikers, shoppers, and food enthusiasts!
With Camelback Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and easier trails like Tom's Thumb just minutes away, hikers will appreciate the convenience. We are also super close to the highway so those day trips to the grand canyon will be much more convenient!! ( Please reach out to your host for guided tour info)
After a full day outdoors, whether hiking or golfing at TPC, Grayhake or The westin course nearby, you’ll have easy access to some of the valley's finest restaurants, like Dominick’s Steakhouse and Mastro’s, just around the corner at Scottsdale Quarter. Plus, there are plenty of grocery stores nearby for quick meal prep!
For families looking to let their kids expend some energy, Kierland Park is just down the street, Indoor putt putt at Putt-shack and the aquarium are great choices nearby!
Turo is available for car rental.
Waymo, Uber, and Lyft are all available as well!
For a private driver/limo/black car service please call your host and we can schedule a pick up for you!

Be respectful of the neighbors, this is a family friendly neighborhood.
Please note pool is heated by a pool pump and will never get warmer than the outside air temperature. So if it’s 76 then the pool heat can be heated to that temperature
Please leave pool vacuum in the pool. Pool heated upon request for a fee.
Please no additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but please contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 dollar charge per person per day.
**Please Note: Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. We also charge $70 per day to heat the pool.
Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking
No Animals*** Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be asked to leave the premises and possibly fined for any damage or extra cleaning.
No smoking/vaping or drug use! This is a zero tolerance policy. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine
NO PARTIES... No exceptions. Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. (business meetings are allowed up to 6 people max)
If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund.
Late checkout's can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :) $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given.
(Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property)

Enter and exit hot tub slowly and where the stairs are located.
No jumping or diving in.
NO GLASS in or near the hot tub.
Use of alcohol, narcotics or medications is not permitted on the premises and in the hot tub.
Elderly or pregnant women should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not enter if the temperature is higher than 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry.
Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub.
Please replace spa cover after each use.
Please do not sit or lie down on the spa cover.
Please turn off Jets after use.
Please do not use soap or oils in the spa.
