The Berkshires Woodland Estate is your own private escape to nature.
The estate includes a 2BR/3BA Main House, a 2BR/1BA Guest House, and a private heated pool; open through the end of Sept.
The Main House is newly renovated and features vaulted ceilings, wood beams, a stone fireplace and chef's kitchen; marble counters, wine fridge and walk in pantry.
Venture out to the association swimming pond with beach, tennis courts, hiking trails, playground and basketball court, 5 min walk.
The home has a wifi-cellular system, internet is good for a very rural area.
Office area features a twin bed, with ensuite bathroom - located on the 1st Fl. There is no actual door to this room.
Pool is typically open between Memorial Day and Labor Day. A memorial Day opening is not guaranteed as it it weather dependent. Please reach out with questions.
**We suggest AWD or 4WD to get up the driveway in the winter months**

The guest house and main house have their own private entrances, and living spaces are NOT shared (see aerial photo of estate for reference). The parking is shared, and there is a 4 car limit for the property.
The association swimming pond, beach area, tennis courts, hiking trails, playground, and basketball court are all for quest use. They are a quick 5-10 minute walk from the home. Walk to the end of the driveway, cross the road and follow the signs for swimming. The courts are right past the swimming pond.
A newly renovated Main house includes 2BRD - 3BA, vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood beams, a gorgeous stone fireplace for guest use and a chef's kitchen to die for; range, marble counters, wine fridge and walk in pantry.
Work from home with two designated office spaces. Primary suite with king bed, private balcony and ensuite with zero entry shower. Large outdoor deck overlooking the private in-ground swimming pool.
Guest "Tree House"- nestled in the trees this space has an open living, dining, kitchen space with a large TV and sectional for relaxing. One bedroom features a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. A futon is also available for that extra guest! Washer and dryer available plus space to store your ski equipment.
The home has A/C in the upstairs portion of the Main House only where the bedrooms are.
You will need a car to navigate the Berkshires efficiently.
