Summary:
Get out to the lakes for a week with family or friends! This newly remodeled lake home has everything you need to live comfortably in style on the lake. Just a quick 40 minutes from Fargo, 10 minutes from Pelican Rapids, and 5 minutes to Zorbaz on Pelican. Plenty of room for everyone with 7 bedrooms and 8 beds as well as additional space on couches and air mattresses if you'd like. Cook indoors in the new kitchen or outside on the deck on the Blackstone or propane grill.
The Space:
Relax on the sand beach or one of the two brand new decks. Cook a meal for all in our full kitchen with new appliances. Play yard games on our flat backyard (hard to find in a lake property). There is a living room upstairs on the main floor right after you walk in the front door with seating and a smart TV. There is a second living room with couches and a TV downstairs. There are 7 bedrooms in the house. On the main floor there is the main bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. There are also two more bedrooms with queen beds. In the basement there are 4 more bedrooms, 3 of which have a queen size bed and the final of which has two queen beds.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole lake home and property with the exception of a couple of storage rooms and the garage, which will be locked.
The Neighborhood:
Beautiful and calm Lake Tamarac is a quiet lake with public access on the southeast side.
Getting Around:
You can park in the driveway in front of the garage, in the grass to the left of the driveway, and along the road. Please do not block the road or park in the round about or where there are "no parking" signs.
Other Things to Note:
There are security cameras pointed at doors. They are not being used to watch you or listen to you, purely to monitor the doors and make sure no one unwanted is entering and no belongings are walking off. We also use noise monitors to measure decibels to avoid parties. These devices do not record audio, they just measure how loud it is (as well as other helpful things like the temperature and humidity!)
