The main living area boasts a wood-burning fireplace (bring your own firewood) and a smart TV with streaming available for laid-back movie nights. Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, a washer/dryer on the main floor, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals. Step outside to the upper deck where you'll find rocking chairs, a firepit, an outdoor dining table, and a grill for cookouts under the stars. The covered lower deck features a private hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Tall Pines is just a short walk or drive to the community lake access area, where you can enjoy a shared pavilion, open firepit, and multiple swim platforms. You'll also have access to the community's aquatics and recreation complex, and you're less than two miles from Deep Creek Lake State Park and about 8 miles from Wisp Resort for year-round outdoor fun. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.
WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)
WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
