Summary: I had several issues that were never resolved or explained. We checked in and the kids got ready to go to the pool, when we arrived at it it was completely dismantled. There was no explanation at check in and when I asked why we weren't told, I got no response. I expressed how disappointed our kids were since this is why we chose there. The floors seemed to be paper thin and my wife and I were woken up each morning at 6 am to kids running and stomping in the floor above. I wrote and told the front desk, I got a sorry but nothing else. Pretty discouraged and will avoid this place in the future.
