There is no parking available at the property. We have Street parking only, but note being at the beach spots can be limited at times.

Please note that there is construction taking place on the home next door to this one. You should expect construction noise. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Construction is only allowed in Manhattan Beach Mondays through Fridays 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Saturdays 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. It is not allowed on Sundays.

-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Hermosa Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.

Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You will have access to one on-site parking space.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.
The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.
We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.
Please note this unit shares walls with other units so you may experience some noise transfer between units.
Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
