4 Bedroom House in Rioux-Martin
With 3000m2 of land, you have enough space to kick a ball around, play badminton or a game of Jeu de Boules. Of course, you have the lovely swimming pool all to yourself, just like the rest of the house. With 4 bedrooms our house is big enough for 8 adults. There is also a cot for toddlers.
As you can see in the pictures, the pool is not yet tiled all around. We are currently working on that so you can walk around the pool and enjoy the sun at the poolside. Drawing at Photos shows how it will be paved. We expect this to be ready in late April/May 2023.
History of the house :
Our father had this house built in 2010. After some very nice years living there, he was forced to return to the Netherlands due to a serious illness. Unfortunately, he is no longer there and we are trying to keep the house by renting it out.

Wine region St. Emilion :
A 45-minute drive away is the wine district of St. Emilion. The commune is world-famous for its wines. It is a pure red wine region and one of the best in the entire region. The wine region covers an area of 5500 ha. This part of the Bordelais has been cultivating wine since the third century. As a result, it probably has the longest tradition in the entire wine-growing region
Shops :
Just 6 minutes' drive and you are in the village of Chalais where there is a large supermarket, hardware store, Lidl, Pizzeria and bakery. When you really want to unwind, this is the ideal place to stay. Check the calendar for availability
