This beautiful home is the perfect space for any big family or friends to spread out and relax in style! Kitchen equipped with 6 gas burner stoves, double ovens, and double door Sub Zero fridge. With 3 master suites you can retreat to your own space at the end of your day of adventuring around the Valley of the Sun!
The home is situated on an acre lot with a massive yard equipped with seating, dining, and entertaining enough for your entire group. Fire up the grill within the outdoor circular bar and fire pit, cool off by taking a dip in the pool, or relax in the spa. Or step into your own personal arcade room during your stay!
Bedroom 1- A large King master ensuite with twin over day bed to accommodate larger sleeping arrangements. The bathroom includes a dual sink area, a double-person soaking tub, and a walk-in dual shower head equipped with a bidet.

Bedroom 3- King bed master ensuite with an additional twin daybed. Private full-size bathroom attached with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 5- Queen over queen bunk bed with an additional twin size daybed to accommodate larger sleeping arrangement - full-size bathroom attached offers a walk-in shower.
Casita:
This private mother-in-law suite located in the backyard offers your own personal kitchenette with a sink, coffee maker, and fridge. The living room's seating area is around a 60" wall-mounted Smart TV. A twin-over-twin trundle bed sits in the living room for extra sleeping options—a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bed 6 - A king bedroom with an unattached bathroom. An additional daybed is located in the casita's living room to accommodate larger sleeping arrangements.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents.
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Q. How far is the home from the Airport?
A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 20 to 30 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you fly privately into Scottsdale Airport, you are only about 10 minutes away.
Q. How does the pool heat work?
A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.
Q. Early check-in or late check-out?
A. Check in and out time is set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to prepare the house for the next guest. If you request an early check-in or late check-out, fees will apply. A late checkout after 1 p.m. is the same as renting for another night. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
Q. Are Pets Allowed?
A. We allow at least a maximum of 2 pets with a pet deposit of $150/each (non-refundable).
